The Prowler is back! He was last spotted at our front door this morning! Why the fools upstairs didn't call the police is beyond me! We are all terrified. Apparently the neighbor saw him a few days ago as well. Why aren't people calling the police? Also, he's not here to steal. We have plenty of valuables outside. He hasn't taken anything. He drives here. HE DRIVES! And his car is left running as he circles our house. We are all really really upset by this. Please, someone help us. Before it's too late.

lana thats awful! You need to call the police or set up one of the door video cameras and get a picture/video to the police...things like this should not be taken lightly!
