Roasted Pork and Potatoes

Yukon Gold Potatoes -boiled then quartered
Pork Steak -thinly sliced
Asparagus -cut in long-ish pieces
Baby Carrots -halved
Garlic -slivered
Parsley -roughly ripped

All topped with some olive oil, a splash of balsamic vinegar, some kosher salt, pepper, and dried basil. Baked at 450 for 10 minutes until meat is cooked and potato skins start to get crispy.

Shredded Parmesan on top.

Dinner = Perfection
